Especially in extrusion technology, we face us holistically these market requirements around the area plastic pipe machines and lines.
We are you competent contact for the design and production of necessary tools (e.g. new mould blocks, die heads, die sets) and spare parts for you corrugators, as well as a service partner for machine overhauls, repairs, retrofits, commissioning etc.
Used machines and lines for the production of corrugated and double wall pipes, as well as multi-layer composite pipes are also a part of our machinery program as new machines shortly.

We offer used plastic processing machines and systems of different types as taken from production which we deliver with tested and guaranteed functionality or modified according to customer specifications.

We offer overhaul, repair and modifications of customers own machines according to customer specification including the full service of machine manufacturers.
Manufacturer-independent machine service:
- Overhaul service with and without warranty
- Amendment and reworking of own systems with new tools, mould blocks an die sets, for vendor-independent corrugators
- Full-service including process engineering
PRODUCTION
Spare parts – We have the possibility to offer or produce spare parts or tools e.g. mould blocks, die sets, die heads, etc.) for machines, mainly corrugated pipe machines (corrugators every type), which are already incorporated in your production.
On request, we can also carry out a customer-specific part production on our machines DOWNLOAD.
